Job DescriptionMaintenance Team Leaderc£62,000 + overtime + bonusGloucesterMC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader to join a state-of-the-art energy from waste power station. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to see all the stages of a new build through commissioning & operational start up. This role is a days-based position working a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday.As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:Maintaining high standards of mechanical performance & plant availability.Lead & manage a team of maintenance technicians.Be technical lead for all mechanical maintenance activities.Deliver plant improvement initiatives.Co-ordinate preventative & reactive maintenance activities.Other duties as requiredTo be considered for this role you should have:Extensive maintenance experience with power or similar heavy process industry.Strong knowledge of Steam raising plant.Proven Leadership experience.HNC or above in Mechanical Engineering.Good communication skills to operate alongside the Operations Team Leader & team.The offer:Up to £62,000A performance related bonus25 days plus BHA company pensionTo apply:If you are interested in this role please apply via the link below or contact Matt George at MC Technical Recruitment on 07414220177 / for a confidential chat.TPBN1_UKTJ
