Job Title: Maintenance Surveyor - Damp & Mould Specialist

Location: South Region (KT Postcode Area)

Contract: Rolling Contract

Rate: £35 per hour (via umbrella)



We're recruiting for a Maintenance Surveyor to join a respected Housing Association covering the South region. This role focuses on complex repairs, LDR (Legal Disrepair) cases, and damp & mould surveys, requiring a proactive and experienced professional.



Key Responsibilities:



Conduct detailed damp and mould inspections and produce accurate reports.

Manage complex repair cases, including legal disrepair claims.

Liaise with contractors, , and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

Ensure compliance with housing standards and health & safety regulations.Ideal Candidate:



Strong background in property maintenance within social housing.

Experience handling damp & mould issues and legal disrepair cases.

Excellent diagnostic, reporting, and communication skills.
