As a Maintenance Tech Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by supporting the maintenance team with scheduling, work order management, parts tracking, and vendor coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and update daily/weekly maintenance schedules.
• Review and prioritize work requests to balance production and maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with operations, sanitation, and production teams to reduce downtime.
• Track, document, and close work orders with accurate notes.
• Maintain equipment history and preventive maintenance records.
• Monitor inventory, order parts and supplies, and work with vendors.
• Share weekly maintenance updates and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Bilingual English/Spanish (highly ).
• 2+ years of experience in maintenance coordination, planning, or administrative support (manufacturing or food industry experience a plus).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office; experience with maintenance software .
• Knowledge of food safety/regulatory requirements (SQF, GMP, OSHA) is a plus.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Manufacturing environment with varying temperatures (coolers, ovens, production floor).
• Blend of desk work and time on the production floor; must be able to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.
• 1st shift (6am–2pm). Must have open availability for overtime and weekend work; off-days rotate weekly.
