Job Description
We are partnering with a leading building products manufacturer on a Maintenance Manager opportunity at one of its larger Dallas-Fort Worth manufacturing facilities. This individual will lead an experienced maintenance team of approximately 10–12 employees while driving preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, projects and continuous improvement.

- Manage daily maintenance, ongoing projects, shift coverage, preventive maintenance, downtime reduction, team communication and execution

- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs and drives
