This is a great opportunity for an experienced leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and ensuring receive top-tier service. The ideal candidate will be both technically proficient and customer-oriented, ready to manage maintenance operations while actively contributing to the team’s daily work.

Responsibilities

Lead and perform maintenance tasks, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs

Manage work orders and maintenance schedules using property software systems

Supervise one maintenance technician, ensuring quality and timely task completion

Provide excellent service to , occasionally assisting with cleaning and unit turnover

Respond to emergency maintenance issues as part of an on-call rotation (every other week)

Maintain inventory of basic tools and supplies
Qualifications
-
2+ years of experience as a maintenance supervisor, preferably in a residential or senior living setting

Comfortable using property management software to track work orders and schedules

Strong hands-on skills across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

Ability to lead by example, while being willing to take on all levels of maintenance tasks

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to the property within 30 minutes

Must pass a background check and drug screen (excludes marijuana)
