5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- \n
1+ year of experience leading, mentoring, or directing others.
- \n
Associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or related technical field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
- \n
Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical industrial systems.
- \n
Ability to operate within a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
- \n
Comfort using basic computer systems and learning SAP or similar maintenance platforms.

Qualifications\n

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, or related field.
