Maintenance SupervisorTesla is looking for an exceptional Maintenance Supervisor to join our Power Conversion System team. This Maintenance Supervisor will report to the Maintenance Manager and will be responsible for managing the preventative maintenance activities of the manufacturing line as well as reaction to unplanned downtime. The Maintenance Supervisor will be an individual who is highly motivated to contribute maximum effort to drive the highest possible efficiency of our manufacturing line. The correct individual for this role will be technically knowledgeable while also having strong interpersonal skills & the ability to lead. Organizational skills & proactivity/planning will be critical skills required.ResponsibilitiesProvide effective supervision and coaching to assigned shift/employees to achieve the required manufacturing availability (MTTR & MTBF) targetsEnsure that standard operating procedures and engineering procedures are current, accurate and that all work is done in compliance to ensure maximum efficiency & safetyMonitor to ensure that all employees comply with safety regulations and the plant's safety programLead the LOTO program & ensure all employees fully adhere to & abide by the LOTO standards & rules set by TeslaWork with employees to resolve technical and personnel problems.
