Maintenance Supervisor (Food Manufacturing) – Hiring Immediately (3rd Shift)

Our client is looking for a hands on Maintenance Supervisor who can lead a team, reduce downtime, and keep production running smoothly. If you have experience in manufacturing or food production environments, this is a strong opportunity to step into a leadership role with real impact.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Supervise daily maintenance operations and ensure quick response to breakdowns
• Lead and mentor a team of 10–20 maintenance employees
• Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance for equipment and machinery
• Manage spare parts inventory to minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA, USDA, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently
• Coordinate with production teams to keep operations running smoothly

MUST HAVE:

• 3–6 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Experience with:
• • Electrical systems
  • Hydraulics
  • Pneumatics
  • Mechanical systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines
