About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is not a desk job—you’ll be actively involved in troubleshooting, repairs, and keeping production running. You’ll oversee team leaders, manage preventative maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with safety and food manufacturing standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support maintenance team leaders and technicians
• Maintain and execute preventive maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural systems
• Oversee maintenance of:
• • Production equipment and lines
  • Coolers/freezers
  • Facility systems (lighting, building, grounds)
• Coordinate and manage third-party contractors
• Ensure compliance with LOTO, OSHA, SQF, HACCP, FDA, EPA standards
• Support food safety and quality initiatives
• Perform hands-on repairs and fabrication as needed
• Maintain 80% focus on equipment / 20% facility maintenance

Requirements

• Bilingual: English / Spanish (Required)
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in maintenance or industrial operations
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience in food manufacturing or regulated environments is a plus
• Knowledge of LOTO, OSHA, SQF, HACCP
