This is a key leadership position where you’ll serve as the senior-most person on-site, partnering closely with the property manager. If you’re a hands-on problem solver with strong communication skills and experience overseeing CapEx projects, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day maintenance operations for the property

• Manage vendor relationships and oversee capital improvement (CapEx) projects

• Prioritize and complete work orders efficiently

• Uphold safety and maintenance standards for all building systems and common areas

Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential building maintenance supervisor experience

• Proven experience managing CapEx projects and creating scopes of work

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Stable work history and demonstrated reliability
