What You Bring:

High school diploma/GED
2+ years multifamily maintenance experience
Strong HVAC background; EPA Type II or Universal required
Skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry & systems repair
Pool maintenance/CPO a plus
Basic tools & reliable transportation
Ability to handle after-hours calls

What You’ll Do:

Lead all maintenance operations for buildings, grounds & amenities
Complete work orders & prepare units for new
Supervise vendors & service staff
