Maintenance Supervisor – Industrial Manufacturing

Our client, a fast-paced manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations and drive equipment reliability in a high-volume industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians across daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
• Troubleshoot complex equipment and plant systems, providing guidance and long-term solutions
• Plan, prioritize, and assign work orders while ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
• Support equipment changeovers, line startups, and production needs as required
• Partner with production and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Train, mentor, and develop maintenance team members

Qualifications

• Strong electrical and/or mechanical maintenance background in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CMMS or maintenance tracking systems
