Arrowhead Winch engineers and manufactures industrial winch, hoist and drive systems under the BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic brand names in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. We are seeking talented individuals to join our team. This position is a full-time, day-shift Maintenance Supervisor role supporting our Broken Arrow, Oklahoma manufacturing plant.
Overview:
Responsible for managing several maintenance technicians and for all maintenance of buildings, equipment, and grounds. The facility contains production equipment including forklifts, various CNC Machines and tools, paint preparation and wash lines, and associated equipment to support manufacturing and material handling of industrial winches, hoists and drives.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Prioritize multiple tasks and assign work to the maintenance staff as needed including janitor, electricians, mechanics, and control technicians.
- Establish and control preventative and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment remains in top working order.
- Maintain the necessary records and coordinate activities with other departments.
- Actively seek new and improved methods of operations to ensure an efficient and competitive operation.
- Use Maintimizer Software to facilitate purchase orders and issue monthly preventive maintenance work orders as well as track equipment repairs and repair parts applied to equipment.
- Play a lead role in project implementation and performs special projects as assigned.
- Responsible for maintaining compliance with Industry and Government guidelines such as OSHA, NFPA, ASME, and others. Will be able to keep current with these standards and develop required internal procedures that apply.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining Expense and Capital budget plans for the Maintenance and Facilities departments.
- Evaluate and maintain a support contractor base to help maintain the necessary level of maintenance in the facility.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience leading industrial maintenance responsibilities as described above.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of machine repair, mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, electrical equipment and facilities maintenance.
- Demonstrate ability to lead and improve performance of industrial personnel.
- Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills demonstrating ability to successfully manage others, analytical capacity, and an ability to work within deadlines to achieve goals.
- Proficient in the use of computer software such as Microsoft Office, Maintenance Management software, and Energy Management software applications.
- Possess project management skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. Requires frequent standing and walking on concrete floors. Must be able to bend, squat, reach, and grab parts and inspect machinery. Must be able to wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE). This position requires mobility around heavy machinery, forklifts, and loud noise. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
