Countryside Care Center Rehab & Nursing Facility is looking for a dependable Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily maintenance operations of our skilled nursing facility and help provide a safe, comfortable environment for our and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.

• Perform and coordinate building maintenance and repairs.

• Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program.

• Ensure the facility is safe, clean, and operating efficiently.

• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and life safety regulations.

• Prioritize projects and manage multiple maintenance needs.

• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

• Building maintenance and repair experience required.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service for our .
