This role is perfect for someone with strong maintenance team leadership experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on operations.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, schedule, and coordinate daily maintenance activities across a dedicated production line
- Supervise maintenance techs, review work orders, and ensure timely issue resolution
- Drive preventive and autonomous maintenance strategies (PM, AM, CIL, CL, BDE)
- Collaborate with Production Line Leader and Process Engineer as part of a line leadership team
- Analyze downtime trends and recommend improvements based on data and KPIs
- Ensure all safety and compliance standards are met
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Experience supervising maintenance teams in beverage, food, or CPG manufacturing
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and preventative maintenance systems
- Proven ability to lead in high-speed, continuous operations
- Familiar with CMMS, root cause analysis, and equipment documentation
- Strong communication, planning, and cross-functional leadership skills
