Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance team and ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and executing maintenance tasks, managing equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, to minimize downtime and disruptions to hotel operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
- Manage inventory and procurement of supplies, tools, and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as needed for specialized maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, maintaining a safe working environment for employees and guests.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment maintenance logs, and inspection reports.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Solid understanding of maintenance techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff, management, and external contractors.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in maintenance or related fields is a plus.
