Compensation:
\n
• $62,000 - $85,000 base salary
\n
• 8% annual bonus
\n
• Annual merit increase
\n
\n
Are you a hands-on maintenance leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled maintenance team and drive equipment reliability, safety, quality, and operational excellence.

\n
What You'll Do
\n
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians and skilled trades employees
\n
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and equipment repair activities
\n
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and delivery performance goals
\n
• Monitor staffing levels, labor utilization, and overtime costs
\n
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
\n
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and maintenance activities
\n
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, EHS, TS16949, and ISO14001 standards
\n
• Improve equipment uptime and overall operational efficiency
\n
\n
What We're Looking For
\n
• 6+ years of maintenance supervision experience within a manufacturing environment
\n
• 1+ year of management experience
\n
• Experience supporting stamping and/or assembly operations
\n
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
\n
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
\n
• Bachelor's degree
\n
