Maintenance Supervisor – Several Shifts Available in Fort Wayne, Indiana!

An Indiana company is currently seeking several Maintenance Supervisors for Long-Term opportunities with their growing company. These are exciting opportunities for candidates looking for a company that offers competitive pay, strong benefits, and a great work-life balance.

Maintenance Supervisor rates are anticipated to start between $30.00 to $35.00 per hour, with excellent benefits and stable job security. All well qualified candidates will be considered based on experience and education. We offer excellent benefits including great medical, dental, paid vacation, holidays and 401k. A good amount of overtime is available at premium rates.

Qualified Maintenance Supervisors will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

• Experience with leadership and supervision for coordinating the overnight maintenance team, assign priorities, and ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
• Maintenance experience with overseeing inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency responses to minimize equipment downtime.
• Requires a high school diploma/equivalent, maintenance supervisory experience, and knowledgeable of maintenance procedures and safety regulations; an associate degree and CMMS experience are .
• Key skills are strong leadership, problem-solving, attention to detail, technical knowledge, and communication skills, along with accurate maintenance documentation and reporting.
• Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).
• Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
