Electrical Maintenance Supervisor – FM Service Provider – St James's Park, London – Up to £57,000 per annum\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a leading FM service provider delivering maintenance services within a prestigious and iconic Central London property near St James's Park. The building combines architectural significance with modern operational requirements, creating a diverse and fast-paced environment that supports a range of occupiers and stakeholders. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the delivery of all electrical maintenance across the site.
You will lead a team of engineers, ensuring planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive works, statutory compliance, and electrical safety are delivered to the highest standards. This is an ideal role for an ambitious supervisor looking to progress their career within a well-established and growing FM business.\n\nHours of Work\n\nMonday to Friday - 08:00am – 17:00pm\n\nKey Duties & Responsibilities\n\nSupervise and support a team of electrical maintenance engineers and specialist subcontractors.\nEnsure all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works are completed safely, efficiently, and to contractual standards.\nReview and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for electrical works.\nIssue and manage Permits to Work in accordance with site procedures and Health & Safety legislation.\nCarry out technical fault finding and provide support on complex electrical systems.\nMonitor and update CAFM systems, ensuring maintenance records are accurate and up to date.\nEnsure full compliance with current electrical regulations, Health & Safety legislation, and company policies.\nProduce maintenance reports, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and assist with contract performance reviews.\nLiaise with clients, tenants, and internal stakeholders to maintain exceptional service delivery.\nIdentify electrical plant and system defects, coordinating remedial works where required.\nAssist with quotations, technical recommendations, and scopes of work for electrical projects.\nSupport the Contract Manager with the day-to-day contract delivery and continuous service improvement.Requirements\n\nCity & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.\nNVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Maintenance (desirable).\n18th Edition Wiring Regulations.\nPrevious experience in a supervisory or lead electrical maintenance role within Facilities Management or Building Services.\nStrong understanding of electrical compliance, RAMS, permits to work, and safe systems of work.\nExperience using CAFM systems and producing maintenance reports.\nStrong fault-finding skills across commercial electrical systems.\nExperience working within commercial and/or high-end residential environments.\nExcellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills
