Maintenance Supervisor - Direct Hire

We are seeking candidates for Maintenance Leader roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity is $52,000-$72,800 annually. Interested? Read below for more information!
What you will do as a Maintenance Leader:

• Oversee maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime
• Lead and participate in repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for machinery and equipment
• Supervise projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Operate and maintain CNC machines, injection molding presses, and other production equipment
• Perform welding, fabricating, drilling, grinding, and small electronics/wiring work as needed
• Write, update, and maintain process documentation for maintenance procedures
• Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices to improve efficiency and safety
• Collaborate with production teams to address equipment issues and optimize performance

What you need to be a Maintenance Leader:

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Effective communication and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications
• Tool and die background and knowledge of production processes
• Experience with injection molding, press operation, and equipment design
• CNC machine programming and production experience
• Welding, fabricating, drilling, grinding, and small electronics/wiring skills
• Lean Manufacturing/5S training and process documentation abilities
• Project planning and implementation experience
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to work in various production areas
