We’re hiring a hands-on Maintenance Technician for a 200-unit affordable housing community on the Riverfront in Beacon. Join a team that takes pride in delivering quality living environments and keeping a community running at its best.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot and complete service requests efficiently and safely
• Turn over vacant apartments (“make-ready”) to a high standard
• Maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds and common areas
• Perform daily inspections and quickly address any safety concerns
• Handle preventative maintenance and respond to emergency calls as needed
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors, including scheduling and bid collection
• Manage inventory and supplies to keep operations running smoothly
• Support budgeting and planning for maintenance needs

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
• Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including on-call and occasional weekends
• Supervisory experience ()
• Experience with RealPage, OneSite or similar systems (a plus)
• Affordable housing or HUD/REAC/NSPIRE experience (a plus)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality work
• Team player with a strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset
