Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance and repair tasks
• Support preventative maintenance programs
• Coordinate work orders and facility repairs
• Assist with inspections and safety compliance
• Help maintain building systems and equipment

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience
• General maintenance experience required
• Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge a plus
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
• Healthcare or long-term care experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time position
• Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
