We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain various equipment and facilities. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential properties, providing a safe and comfortable environment for all .

Duties

• Coordinate with maintenance staff to promptly complete maintenance requests from , ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Read and interpret schematics to assist in diagnosing issues effectively.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Conduct residential painting and general upkeep of property aesthetics.
• Maintain and repair mechanical systems, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently.
• Utilize logic controllers to monitor and control various systems within the facility.
• Supervise maintenance staff as needed, providing leadership and guidance on best practices.
• Use an ohmmeter and other tools to test electrical circuits and components for functionality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance roles with a focus on electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Strong understanding of residential painting techniques and materials.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.
• Proficiency with logic controllers and troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Must be HVAC certified and CPO certified .
• Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising teams .
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative in problem-solving tasks.
