What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor a dedicated maintenance team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and respond to service requests
• Maintain the high standards of our Class A property through proactive facility management
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure needs are always met
• Build positive relationships with through exceptional customer service

What You'll Need:

• EPA and CPO certifications (required)
• Valid GA Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Proven team leadership experience with strong organizational abilities
• Excellent customer service skills and professional communication
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
