Position Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily Maintenance operations, including and performing a diverse set of duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment and diverse services to meet business goals.
Requirements:
- Install and maintain production and facilities equipment and services.
- Includes HVAC, Rooftop ventilation/Exhaust, Plumbing, Fabrication, and Electrical
- Perform unscheduled repairs of production and facilities equipment.
- Track and perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks for production and facilities equipment and maintain accurate records of all activities.
- Includes HVAC Filters, Vacuum Pumps, Ladders, Lighting,
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, and other instruments in performing duties.
- Ensure compliance with all ACT policies and procedures
- Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Perform maintenance from elevated platforms.
- Local pickup/delivery and errands using personal or company vehicle
- Coordinate with external maintenance services, as required.
- Travel to and perform all of the above tasks as needed at our Anaheim facility
- Work with Facilities Manager to maintain Safety program within the Anaheim facility
Education/Experience/Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5+ years' experience in maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing environment required
- Previous Supervisory experience
- Electrical 120/220v 1 Phase and 3 Phase simple circuit wiring experience
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and HVAC systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Adaptable to varying facility needs and a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills are required.
- Good organizational skills a plus
- Computer competencies (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
- Must have valid license and clean driving record
- Tow motor/Manlift experience
- Ability to work at elevated heights
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull 25-50 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be self-driven and willing to step up to ensure company expectations are met
