Maintenance Supervisor

Aldermaston

£45,000 - £47,500 + excellent benefits

Outsource UK is recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor to provide on-site leadership and oversee maintenance activities at a Top Tier COMAH facility.

This is a hands-on role supporting mechanical and electrical technicians, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support technicians in planned and corrective maintenance
• Act as the on-site focal point for maintenance and engineering activity
• Prioritise defects and work orders daily
• Assist in planning and delivering maintenance tasks and small project work
• Produce and review permits to work, RAMS and safe systems of work
• Coordinate contractor activity and uphold safety-critical procedures
• Maintain asset condition data and CMMS records
• Respond to breakdowns and support continuous improvement

• About You

  • Mechanical or electrical qualification (multi-skilled desirable)
  • Experience working on Top Tier COMAH or major hazard industrial sites
  • Strong understanding of P2W, SSOW, RAMS and maintenance processes
  • Experience with CMMS systems (Maximo desirable)
  • Confident communicator with proven supervisory or team-lead experience
  • Safety-focused, organised, collaborative, and proactive
