What You'll Do

• Lead & inspire: Set the standard for quality work, safety, and teamwork while guiding the maintenance team's daily operations.
• Develop your crew: Hire, train, and coach techs and community care associates with on-the-job and classroom learning opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional service: Respond to maintenance requests promptly, ensuring feel cared for and heard.
• Show technical expertise: Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances with confidence.
• Own the make-ready process: Oversee apartment turns with efficiency and precision so every new resident moves in happy.
• Preserve and protect: Maintain the property's beauty, safety, and functionality through regular inspections and upkeep.
• Stay compliant: Follow all safety and building codes while maintaining an accident-free workplace.
• Keep the team covered: Manage schedules and ensure reliable 24/7 emergency response coverage.

What You'll Bring (Required)

• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Proven experience leading maintenance operations in multifamily properties
• A positive attitude and commitment to quality work
