Maintenance Supervisor (1 Person Site) – FM Service Provider – London, Kings Cross – Up to £55,000 per annum\n\nExciting opportunity to work for an established FM company situated in London. CBW is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor (1 Person Site) to be based on a commercial building in Kings Cross. Reporting to the Contract Manager, The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible and ensure the delivery of all aspects of PPM and reactive maintenance, as well as overseeing specialist contractors.

This role is extremely varied and as the ONLY Engineer on site you will cover everything from completing "hands on" ppm and reactive tasks to attending client meetings, overseeing audits, Monthly reports, Compliance etc. This is a permanent role and pays up to £55,000 based on experience and overtime.\n\nHours for work\n\nMonday to Friday - 8:00am to 17:00pm\n           \nKey duties & responsibilities\n\nEnsure all PPM is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification\nEnsure that all relevant paperwork is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works and that it is passed without delay to the contract administrator.\nUpdate customers CAFM system in real time with start/wait/stop completion times and provide full description of works undertaken, advising of any follow-on works required.\nEnsure reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made.\nIdentify and record all plant failures using quotation forms and issue to line manager.\nEnsure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order.\nMaintaining statutory compliance is paramount and therefore excellent document control and upkeep of site files is of utmost importance.  \nCarryout regular site audits\nProduction of quotations\nEnsure all contracts under designated control are statutory compliant\nEnsure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to always ensure safe working practices.\nSupervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance\nRequirements\n\nCompletion of a recognised Electrical industry qualification preferably an apprenticeship.\nCity & Guilds level 2 & 3.\nC&G 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations\nA proven track record in building / facilities maintenance \nMust have good customer facing skills to include an understanding of customer related issues.\nHave an understanding of HVAC workloads and issues.\nGood and broad knowledge of health and safety.\nAble to cover the call out rota\nHappy to work on your own (With the support of the mobile team if required) \nIdeally Computer literate with a working knowledge of MS office system/BMS\nMust be willing to undertake a "Basic DBS Check
