We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor with strong leadership skills to join our growing team: someone who can balance hands-on problem solving big-picture leadership.
In this role, you’ll oversee technicians, respond quickly to challenges, and partner with contractors and clients to deliver reliable results that notice and appreciate.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations of the Internal Maintenance division
- Recruit, supervise and develop Maintenance Technicians, providing training, guidance, and clear career paths
- Communicate regularly with managers, board members, contractors, and homeowners to address maintenance needs and expectations
- Handle inspections, quotes, and emergency maintenance situations as needed, including hands-on repair work
- Assign and monitor contractor work across various trade types
What You Bring
- High school diploma/GED required; advanced certifications
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance or construction, experience in property management or working with condominiums and HOAs
- Experience in maintenance supervision or a similar leadership role
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Ability to analyze financial data and market trends to support decision-making
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile technology for workflow management
- Knowledge of HOA/Condo operations, governing documents, regulations and CAI standards ()
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and clean driving record
