Maintenance Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee equipment maintenance and repair operations at a pharmaceutical packaging facility. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring optimal performance of packaging machinery and compliance with industry standards.
Maintenance Supervisor Job Summary
- Pay: starting at $75,000 – $90,000 annually
- Shifts Available: 10-hour day shift
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training and performance feedback
- Maintain equipment and perform hands-on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on packaging equipment
- Maintain facility equipment and have knowledge of troubleshooting of equipment
- Exhibit technical knowledge in electronics and electrical controls
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure reliability
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Adherent to site procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs on equipment
Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in pharmaceutical
- 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- familiarity with GMP, FDA regulations
- ability to work independently
