Job Description

As the Maintenance Leader, you will be responsible for a small to medium group of maintenance employees. You will manage the

maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities aligned with standard maintenance systems in addition to the following

responsibilities

- You will conduct appropriate checks and tests, and communicate evaluation of results

- Recommends solutions to problems

- Responsible for preventative maintenance and diagnosis of equipment malfunctions

- Meets schedule and quality requirements

- Complies with the terms of local and labor agreements

- Implements divisional and corporate policies and safety and good housekeeping practices

- Maintain frequent contact and collaboration with others outside of the work group

- Responsible for the effective use of personnel, material and equipment

Education Requirements: High school diploma and or GED.

Years of experience requirement: 2 years of manufacturing experience.

1            Machine Schematics and Blueprints

2            Repairing Mechanical Equipment and Machining Processes

3            Experience Managing Represented Employees

Experience Managing Safety Practices / Risk

Experience Working in a Manufacturing Setting

Manufacturing Process Experience
