£55,000 + 33 days holiday + pension.



Working Hours: Days – 8:00am-4:30pm (Monday – Friday).



A highly successful industrial manufacturing business based in Brierly Hill are looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. This role involves the supervision of a small team within a dynamic production environment. With a mixture of ‘hands on’ engineering and leadership, this role with suit an engineer who enjoys within their day!



Role Description.



* Supervising a small team of engineers.



* Provision of planned and reactive maintenance engineering across a broad range of automated production machinery.



* Adhering to PPM/TPM schedules and responsive reaction to breakdowns



* Installation and commissioning of new equipment.



* PLC Fault Finding.



* Reading and working from electrical panel drawings.



* Keeping H&S at the forefront when all work is conducted.



* Working alongside a cross-sectional team of skilled engineers.



* Reporting into the Engineering Supervisor.



Skills and Qualifications



* Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineering experience.



* Electrically qualified to Level 3+.



* Industrial Manufacturing industry experience.



* Senior Engineer, Supervisory or Management exposure.



* Ability to perform both planned and reactive maintenance.



* Good organisation and planning ability.
