What You'll Do:

• Oversee property maintenance, grounds, and amenities
• Complete service requests, make-readies, and emergency repairs
• Ensure safety compliance (OSHA/EPA/Fair Housing)
• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff and vendors
• Maintain inventory and work within budget

What You Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience as a multifamily Maintenance Supervisor
• Strong HVAC skills with EPA (Type II or Universal) certification
• Hands-on experience with boilers, chillers, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance
• Basic tools and reliable transportation
• Ability to handle after-hours calls
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work outdoors and walk the property regularly
