This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional with a strong background in student housing or large property management. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to manage a team, ensure efficient operations, and maintain high standards of service. With a focus on leadership and technical skills, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for a 300+ unit student housing property

• Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

• Manage work orders, preventative maintenance, and repairs

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a maintenance supervisor

• EPA Universal/HVAC certification required

• Experience in student housing or large property management

• Strong leadership and team management skills
