• Hourly Rate:$26-$27/hr
• Location:Providence, RI
• Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (On-call rotation)

As a Maintenance Supervisor, You Will:

• Actively participate in all maintenance and repair activities while leading the team
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general property upkeep
• Perform and manage preventive maintenance across the property
• Supervise staff and vendors, schedule work, and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Manage inventory, supplies, and operating expenses
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and emergencies efficiently
• Ensure timely unit turnovers and maintain a high standard of readiness

Experience Required for Your Success

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of residential property maintenance experience, with at least3 years supervising teams and vendors
• Strong technical skills with a focus onpreventive maintenanceandproperty upkeep
• Must betech-savvyand comfortable using maintenance software and mobile work order systems
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator)andEPA Universal Certificationrequired
• HVAC certification
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Available foremergency on-call rotation(weekends only as needed)
