Maintenance Supervisor Position Available (Seattle, WA) - Excellent Career Opportunity.

We are looking for a remarkable person able to fill the Community Maintenance Supervisor position in Seattle, WA. The best candidate will be able to manage the maintenance on this apartment complex, be able to work as a team with the onsite staff, and , and have a can-do attitude. We offer:
*$35-40 per hour plus potential bonuses
*Full-time employees earn 152 hours or 19 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 120 hours a year. Increased PTO after 5 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential.
*9 Paid Holidays (New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas).
*Excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and insurance effective the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. Coverage is offered through Kaiser Permanente, Guardian, and Mutual of Omaha.

General Duties:
*Supervising all maintenance staff
*Grounds keeping
*Work Orders that include Basic Maintenance on units and appliances
*Turnovers of units
*Building and Common Area Maintenance
*Being available on-call for emergency calls
Requirements:
*Minimum of two years of prior apartment maintenance experience
*Electrical technician license (O7B) is a plus!
*Good customer service skills
*Renovation Experience a plus!
*Experience completing work orders and preparing make ready units
*Well-rounded technical maintenance skillset
*Positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment
*Consistent work history and verifiable references
*Ability to pass drug screening / background and reference check
*Valid driver's license
*Physical aspects of the job may require heavy lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, kneeling, stooping, climbing, balancing, and carrying.
