Our client is a FM Service Provider with a variety of clients across a diverse range of sectors. It is looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Supervisor in Liverpool.\n\nAs the Maintenance Supervisor, you will come from an electrical background and have relevant qualifications to City and Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. The successful candidate must have a full UK drivers licence and be prepared to travel around Merseyside.

You will help maintain 8-10 fire stations and buildings.\n\nThe successful Maintenance Supervisor must have a proven track record in a similar role, have good people management skills, be customer focussed, be good engineering support for your team, manage contractors and help to identify chargeable works on the contract.\n\nOur client is offering:\n\n * £40,800\n\n * Company vehicle\n\n * Call out\n\n * Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm\n\n * Pension\n\n * Many other company benefits.\n\nThis is a lovely opportunity for a self-starter and someone who is looking to make a difference.
