We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who will make a significant impact on our facilities and equipment at our Lititz, PA plant. We prioritize collaboration and innovation, allowing you to thrive in a culture that supports growth and accountability. Your role as Maintenance Supervisor is vital in ensuring that our manufacturing equipment and processes are operating smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with a dedicated team, leading maintenance efforts, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing preventive measures to avoid costly downtimes.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily maintenance operations, ensuring that all equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Promote safety by ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Provide leadership and coaching to maintenance personnel, fostering a team-oriented environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain communication and align goals for maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Establish processes for preventive maintenance and trouble shooting procedures
- Responsible for developing work orders
- Responsible for tracking inventory of parts and ordering
Requirements
- High School Diploma/ GED required; technical diploma or equivalent experience .
- 3 – 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven supervisory skills and ability to lead a team effectively.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
