Maintenance Superintendent

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical engineering, years of experience, Knowledge of the Computerized Planned Maintenance, maintenance and inspection systems, Safety Critical Elements (SCE’s).
• Extensive experience with a variety of rotating & static equipment’s; solar gas turbine compressor, steam turbine, utilities system, power generation, involve in commissioning activities, Preventive Maintenance, corrective maintenance.
• To assist with the development of the annual budget and to coordinate and manage the maintenance group budget expenditure.
• Experienced working at FPSO is highly desirable or offshore O&G experience.
• Experience in Maintenance and Troubleshooting of SOLAR Gas Turbine Centaur 40, Centaur 50, Taurus 60, Taurus 70, Mars 100.
• Experience in Maintenance and overhaul C16, C40 , C51 and C61 centrifugal compressor of SOLAR TURBINE with dry gas seal and wet seal system.
• Performed rotor trim balancing for SOLAR centrifugal compressor and any rotating equipment using Emerson CSI-2130 Vibration Analyser and Pruftechnik Vib-Expert-II Vibration Analyser for condition monitoring.
• Experiencing to overhaul and get trouble shooting on Gas and Diesel engine “CATERPILLAR” type series G3612 new, G3512, G3516, 3516D, 3406D, and 3306D.
• Experience on Maintenance and Troubleshooting of air compressor INGERSOLLRAND, AVELAIR, ATLAS COPCO and other rotating equipment such as centrifugal and submersible pump for maintenance and services.
• Experiencing to overhaul and get trouble shooting on electrical submersible pump such as; “BYRON JACKSON” type.
• Experiencing to overhaul and get trouble shooting on “ARIEL GAS COMPRESSOR” Gas Reciprocating Compressor type JGD/6, JGK/2, and JGP/1 as a driven unit.
• Performing scheduled maintenance on “ARIEL GAS COMPRESSOR” such as: yearly inspection for con. Rod, crank shaft, piston and ring, shaft alignment and main bearing clearance also inspection on supporting system device for cooling and lubrication such as heat exchanger and feed pump lubricator.
