Maintenance Specialist

Job Description

Baldan Group is looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our expanding team in Germany. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with aesthetic and laser beauty devices, demonstrate strong technical capabilities, and deliver proactive, customer-focused service.

This is a full-time position with a fixed monthly salary, and may involve occasional travel within Germany and on-call support for urgent technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of aesthetic and medical laser devices.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and optimal performance of equipment at client facilities (e.g., clinics, med-spas).
• Deliver professional, solution-oriented technical support to clients both on-site and remotely.
• Maintain detailed service records, proactively flagging potential issues.
• Handle on-call requests, if required, ensuring timely support for urgent cases.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with aesthetic, cosmetic, or laser medical device maintenance and repair.
• Solid knowledge of electromechanical systems and technical diagnostics.
• Based in Germany, preferably with the ability to travel across regions (a driving license is highly ).
• Ability to work independently, solve problems on-site, and manage customer expectations.
• Good command of English and/or German (written and spoken).
• Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude.
