Maintenance Service Technician – Luxury Apartment Community
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Maintenance Service Technician to join our team at a beautiful new luxury apartment community. This role is essential in ensuring the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our by maintaining the property to the highest standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong technical abilities, and delivers exceptional customer service with a professional and friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests and service calls
- Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, and drywall
- Conduct routine inspections of apartments and common areas to ensure quality standards are met
- Prepare vacant units for move-in, ensuring they are in pristine condition
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-functioning community spaces
- Troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues efficiently and accurately
- Complete work orders and documentation in a timely manner using property management software
- Support preventative maintenance programs and seasonal property needs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Provide courteous, respectful, and solution-focused communication with and team members

Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing, hospitality, or related field
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of maintenance issues
- Experience with property management software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
