???? What You'll Do:

As our Service Technician, you will report to the Community Manager and play a key role in maintaining the property through:

• Responding to service requests quickly and professionally

• Conducting preventive maintenance to minimize future issues

• Handling pool care, groundskeeping, and landscaping tasks

• Completing turnkey (make-ready) duties for new

• Managing repairs for HVAC, appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and more

• Assisting with emergency maintenance when on-call

✅ What We're Looking For:

• HVAC or EPA Certification - Required

• Pool operation and maintenance experience -

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience -

• Strong working knowledge of:

  • HVAC troubleshooting and repair

  • Appliance repair

  • Electrical and mechanical systems

  • Plumbing, carpentry, irrigation, and general maintenance

• Must be available to participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours service

• Able to lift up to 75 lbs

• Must be able to bend, twist, kneel, and reach in confined areas

• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor conditions
