Maintenance Scheduler/Planner Required\n\nLocation: Deansgate, Manchester\nJob Type: Temporary (4 months initially) with a view to go permanent for the right candidate\nStart Date: Immediate or notice period\nIndustry: Facilities Management | Property Services\nSalary: £13.37 - £14.70\nWorking Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible)\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nWe're currently recruiting for a Facilities Maintenance Planner to join a leading maintenance provider based in Manchester City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with planning or scheduling experience within the FM sector to join a supportive team with training provided.\n\nThis role is initially temporary for 4 months, with a potential to become permanent.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPlan and coordinate reactive and planned maintenance work from the helpdesk\n\nHandle client calls and log faults accurately\n\nMonitor the progress of multiple PPMs, updating relevant stakeholders on any delays\n\nSupport daily operation of the CAFM system\n\nAssist Team Leaders with scheduling and task management\n\nMonitor and report on CAFM data (PPM and reactive maintenance)\n\nEnsure accuracy in services data management and reporting\n\nRequirements:\n\nPrevious experience using CAFM systems (desirable)\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office\n\nExperience working for a Facilities Management or property services company\n\nProven experience in planning, scheduling, or a similar role\n\nExcellent organisational and communication skills\n\nIf you are interested in the role, please send your CV or call Jess on (phone number removed)\n\nKey terms: Maintenance Planner, Manchester, Maintenance, Facilities Management
