Responsibilities

• Conduct daily checks and preventive maintenance on facility systems

• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues

• Ensure safety and cleanliness of common areas, rooms, and outdoor spaces

• Respond to urgent repair requests promptly and professionally

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and safety documentation

• Support team in preparing rooms for new or events

• On Call as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training

• Experience in building maintenance, ideally in healthcare or residential settings

• Strong knowledge of safety codes and basic building systems

• Ability to interact respectfully with elderly and staff

• Solid organization and time management skills

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks when required
