Looking for reliable, hands-on help to finish a remodel & transition into year-round property maintenance. Flexible hours + steady work for the right person!

What You’ll Do:

• Remodel projects: sliding doors, flooring, painting, drywall, cleanup
• Property maintenance: touch-ups, light electrical, pressure washing, landscaping

Requirements:

✅ Able to lift 50+ lbs

✅ Dependable & punctual

✅ Reliable transportation & insurance

✅ Bilingual (Spanish a plus)

✅ Drug-free workplace
