Responsibilities:

• Be an active part of enhancing equipment efficiency by formulating and leading process improvements.
• Handle urgent repairs swiftly to ensure minimal impact on production lines.
• Serve as a mentor and trainer, empowering the line team to achieve high maintenance standards.
• Ensure operational success by supporting the supervisor and standing in when needed.
• Maintain and troubleshoot high-tech equipment, ensuring reliability and operational efficiency.
• Be pivotal in maintaining an organized inventory of tools and parts, thus supporting efficient maintenance operations.

Candidate Profile:

• Hold a high school diploma or GED, complemented by technical or college training.
• Possess at least 3 years of maintenance experience in an FDA-regulated environment.
