Static Maintenance Plumber – FM Service Provider – Healthcare Contract London – £38,000 per anum\n\nSkilled Careers are currently recruiting a maintenance plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a large Healthcare contract\n\nThe successful candidate will have a strong understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.\n\nThis position would be ideal for a Maintenance Plumber currently in a similar position who is keen on progression and working more locally. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £38,000 with a potential route into further career progression.\n\nHours of Work & Package Information\n\n- Basic Salary of £38,000\n\n- Monday to Friday 08:00 am – 17:00 pm\n\n- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays\n\n- Tablet & Work Phone Provided\n\n- Full company uniform\n\nKey Duties & Responsibilities\n\n- Repairing Toilets and Sinks\n\n- Unblocking Toilets\n\n- Water Treatment\n\n- Repairing pipework and leaks\n\n- Minor installation works\n\n- Flexible in helping other trades on site\n\n- Planned and reactive works\n\nRequirements\n\n- Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)\n\n- Plumbing – City & Guilds level 3 ()\n\n- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates\n\n- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance\n\n- Multi-skilled\n\n- Good communication skills\n\n- Client Facing
