Paramount Assets, a leading property management firm with a growing portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties across urban areas of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, is seeking a reliable and organized Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to join our team at our Perth Amboy location.
As our portfolio expands, we are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to a team-oriented culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance appointments with tenants across multiple properties.
- Utilize Yardi Facility Manager to manage work order scheduling and dispatching.
- Reconcile work orders and service records to ensure accuracy and completion.
- Communicate effectively with Director of Maintenance, in-house maintenance technicians and external vendors.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders and service requests within Yardi Facility Manage
Qualifications:
- Bilingual – Spanish and English required.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (dispatching, administrative support, or customer service)
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Email, MSWord, MSExcel) MSTeams, (Yardi Facility Manage is a plus)
