Position Summary

\n

International Delights is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to lead maintenance planning, scheduling, inventory control, and preventive maintenance activities within our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and ensuring maintenance resources, spare parts, and work orders are effectively planned and executed.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in CMMS systems, preventive maintenance planning, maintenance inventory management, and manufacturing operations, preferably within the food or bakery industry.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.

\n

• Manage the CMMS system, including work orders, equipment history, and maintenance records.

\n

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

\n

• Coordinate maintenance priorities with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.

\n

• Manage maintenance inventory, spare parts, and storeroom operations, ensuring critical parts are available.

\n

• Purchase maintenance parts and services while tracking purchase orders and vendor performance.

\n

• Analyze maintenance KPIs, downtime, and equipment performance to drive continuous improvement.

\n

• Coordinate equipment inspections and ensure compliance with safety and food manufacturing standards.

\n

• Support reliability improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and equipment optimization.

\n

• Ensure technician compliance with assigned PM’s and communicate any non-conformance.

\n

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Certificate, or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field .

\n

• 5+ years of maintenance planning, maintenance scheduling, or industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

\n

• Food manufacturing or bakery industry experience is highly .

\n

• Strong experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as Maintenance Connection, SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.

\n

• Experience in managing preventive maintenance programs and maintenance planning.

\n

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, conveyor, packaging, and production equipment.

\n

• Experience managing maintenance inventory and spare parts.

\n

• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

\n

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

\n

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

\n

• Working knowledge of PLCs and industrial automation is a plus.
