Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks for the facilities.
• Lawn mowing and care
• Painting 
• Shop cleanliness and recycling collection
• and various other duties

Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication skills
